Shipping policy

Print-on-demand or made-to-order items can have varied shipping times due to the nature of the product. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, your order is sent to our suppliers for production. In other words, your item is specially produced and or printed just for you. Off-peak printing and shipping times can range between 2-7 days, while peak season can take longer. You will be notified when your item ships, and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@thescoopeshomestead.com. 

Please allow at least 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is being printed or made to order! If you have not received any notification after 72 hours don’t hesitate to contact us a contact@thescoopes.com.
